Why We Exist
Founded From the Inside
Reliant Property Care was founded by an industry support worker who saw firsthand what happens when property obligations fall through the cracks. Working directly in supported living environments, our founder watched skilled, dedicated carers being pulled away from the people they were there to support — forced into roles they were never trained for, simply because there was no one else to handle it.
The problem wasn't a lack of care. It was a lack of systems. A lack of reliable contractors who understood the environment. A lack of a single provider who could take all of it off the table — and do it properly.
Reliant was built to be that provider.
